This is the internet, you know what I meant. You're not wrong about being cautious but he is saying that Pat should be back in 2 weeks, regardless of the source, sounds like good news to me.

Its a damn shame we didn't get rid of him before the injury. This team is going to gel very nice without him as I said. "expect us to be on a run"

I'm over here watching the rare breed western movie instead of watching the game. Patterson, thats what he made me do.

    Translation:

"Daryl! Daryl! Look, I am healthy. Can almost play this weekend. Please don't trade me to Sacramento and make Marcus the starter! I don't want to be near Cousins any more! Please!"

Last season, Patterson averaged 7.6 rebounds per 40 minutes (pace adjusted).

He's capable if he makes rebounding a focus.

Earlier this season, he gradually fell in love with his perimeter game and his rebound numbers dropped.

He is capable, but the emergence of Asik has made PP look like he isn't trying at times when one looks back at the stat sheet on rebounds a game. Thus, PP being called weak etc., but he's never been the best rebounder. Asik is taking a ton of the rebounds, and that's why it seems PP is even weaker this season.
I hope the injury isn't as bad as first reported, but who knows. PP was a super smart defender last yr., and at times this year, but he's been beat a lot this year. He has played well though I must give him credit there. It seems he progressed/worked on a lot of stuff over the summer to get ready for this season. We need PP as much as some dog him this year. He's a smart player.
