Lets break our own record. We got this. I only see about 4 or 5 games that we could possibly lose in our future 18 games. How sweet would it be for our "underdog" team to even get close. Even if we go about 12 of the next 18, we can easily say we are on the right track. Would be nice for DM to add one more big piece by the deadline, boosting us for our playoff push (we will make the playoffs) This team has so much potential
Two of those 4 or 5 games come in 2 days in another b2b against the Spurs and OKC. You think we can win both? ~.~ 4 games in 5 nights against CHI-MIN-SAS-OKC I don't even think the Heat can win all 4.
Honestly, SAS and OKC are monsters. If we split those two games it would be monstrous. Especially since one of them is on a back to back. We got the first 2 which is what we wanted, anything else is gravy.
Blame me, thats fine. Whatever helps you do what you do. I honestly do not expect us to but its a motivating subject that is a better topic than "Jeremy Lin used dial soap today, will his fg % rise?" Lets soak in the fact that we are doing what most people did not expect us to do: Win games Hell, an 8 game streak would be amazing
Spurs and OKC back to back. We're also away against the Spurs. Coming out 2-0 would be amazing. I'd be fine with a split. Wouldn't be surprised if we dropped both.
wow this team is young, i love watching them but there will be losses, ugly losses, it's part of the development of youth. let's enjoy the season, watch the team grow as we become more consistent, but with a team this young a 10 game win streak can easily be followed by a 4-5 game losing streak
This is somewhat of a ridiculous thread but someone needs to put this in their sig to keep him to his word. lol
Spurs have won their last 22 home games in December. Reminds me of when the Texans were going to Foxboro a few weeks back, and we all know how that turned out.
The month of January has A LOT of should win games if the Rockets keep playing like they are now. I know it's dumb to forecast like this, but if the Rockets win the games they should in January, and take four out of these seven games: vs Lakers @ Boston vs Clippers @ T-Wolves vs Denver vs Brooklyn @ Denver Then the Rox could have a 14-3 record in January and really solidify themselves as a Playoff Contender.
