Brooks has to stop playing Perkins against the Heat though. One would think he would learn from the finals.
You guys wondering about Perkins' playing time have to finally realize Coach Bonehead isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. OKC has it's flaws and he is the most glaring.

i wonder if lbj will get the flopping warning for collapsing under nano-collision with mild mannered reggie jackson. in the words of KC.....unlikely
THANK YOU! still no angles tho. guess we'll never know for sure. perkins got away with a "tiny little" push, so plz hubie just stop
I also think this is going to turn out to be Presti's first big mistake. They could have amnestied Perkins to free up the money to resign Harden, instead they have a $8m/year player who is completely useless except against one team, the one that has DH12.
Presti just wasn't ready to do that yet. I think there is a good chance Perk is cut loose next summer, depending how he plays out this season. I have no idea why Coach Bonehead is so stubborn about him. Seems like everyone else in the world can see the obvious. Maybe playing Perk less today would have been an admission he blew it in the Finals. At least the stupid, wasted post-ups they gave Perkins each game last year are gone.
I hate how many jump on Westbrook any chance they get. He was fouled and he had every right to be upset. Durant might have been fouled on the body by LeBron during that three.
