Who are you to ask us to do anything? You made an ass out of yourself again. Deal with it.

Personally I would ban any gun that shot more than 10 rounds and ANY clip loaded gun. You have to load up to 10 rounds manually. If you are a hunter, 10 rounds is more than enough. If you like busting up old pumpkins, 10 rounds is more than enough. If you are protecting the home, 10 rounds is more than enough. Manually reloading shouldn't be an issue and it is a very small "price" to pay considering this day we live in. More guns in the people's hands is not the answer because these "good guys" can't be everywhere.

Right to bear arms doesn't mean no holds barred. I don't think our flinktlock founding fathers had any idea what man could create.

By the way, while I pointed this out in a previous post, it seems to have been overlooked... here's Madison's original wording of the 2nd Amendment:

Lol jackass...Deckard is a million times the person you are. Re-read post #648 in this thread by Yallmean...next to the last paragraph. People that say that crap deserves worse than my joke upon them....and that statement by him did sound cartoonish so it is what it is...

You know what trumps even that?...saying this "then once those folks are out of the way, you then wage a war on illegal possessed guns, kill those MutherFs if need be"

How freaking stupid, irresponsible, and dangerous to loosely put out the idea of who we should kill during times like these!?!...that is when I unfortunately stooped on his low level, and stated that quote he said sounded like something the Kim Jon-il caricature puppet from the Team America movie would say, and there was some back and forth I should have been better to ignore/avoid. I don't appreciate you purposefully twisting Deckards name as well.

There are people in D&D that I either never agree with or hardly ever agree with: rocketsjudoka, B-bob, rim rocker, Batman Jones, mc mark, DonnyMost, Franchiseblade, Deckard comes to mind,...and in all sincerity, if I was to ever meet one of these people I would be excited to meet them. I would love to shake their hand/give them a hug, have dinner with, or go to a game with...The reason is people like them is what separates others like you and Yallmean. Despite our vast differences, they have the ability to connect to another point of view, they have the ability to demonstrate reason, empathy, and consideration while still staying true to their beliefs...you will never be on that level, so why even try right?....
You and Yallmean can continue to be assclowns on parade,...but please don't ever denegrate Deckard's good name again. He deserves and more important has earned much more respect than that.

There weren't nearly as many handguns around in the UK before that ban was instituted as there are now in the US. Handguns are obviously not the only reason for gun crimes, but there is a logical correlation between a huge amount of handguns being in idiots' hands and idiots committing gun crimes.

Interesting graph. That data indicates homicide death either got worse or got no better over the years since Jan. 97
    Thanks for that info. Commodore.

Yeah, you connet your point with other people "Hans, I will show you, step your reft ... You feel ronery, go take shower and come back later" " peope who pity gun enthusiast are worthless"

What part of illegally posessed guns you are so fond of? I was tougn in cheek and obnoxious, but I guess that triggered your racist inner-self. The stuff you leashed out on me is pretty messed up more than just a joke, dont you think?

I will put this here rather than start a new thread.

Thousands sign U.S. petition to deport Piers Morgan over gun comments

(Reuters) - More than 48,000 people have signed a petition that they posted on the White House website demanding that British CNN talk show host Piers Morgan be deported over comments he made on air about gun control.

Morgan last week lambasted pro-gun guests on his show, after the December 14 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, where a gunman shot dead 26 people, including 20 children.

"We demand that Mr. Morgan be deported immediately for his effort to undermine the Bill of Rights and for exploiting his position as a national network television host to stage attacks against the rights of American citizens," the petition said.

The petition, started on December 21 by a man identified as Kurt N. from Austin, Texas, accuses Morgan of subverting the second amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees the right to bear arms.

U.S. citizens can file a petition on the White House website, whitehouse.gov, if they collect at least 25,000 signatures within 30 days. The White House is then obliged to issue a response.

Morgan, 47, a former newspaper editor in London, shot back at his critics on Twitter. He repeated his past calls for the United States to ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines and conduct background checks on all gun purchases.
Five days after the Connecticut massacre, Morgan called a guest, Larry Pratt, executive director of Gun Owners for America, an "idiot," "dangerous" and an "unbelievably stupid man" when Pratt argued that more guns were needed to combat crime in the United States.

"I don't care about a petition to deport me. I do care about poor NY firefighters murdered/injured with an assault weapon today. #GunControlNow," Morgan tweeted on Monday, referring to a shooting in New York that killed three people, including the gunman.

Christa Robinson, a CNN spokeswoman, said the network had no immediate comment on the petition.

Publicist Howard Bragman, vice chairman of Reputation.com, said the controversy will get Morgan attention that may translate into higher ratings and wouldn't harm his reputation.

"A lot of it comes from his being British, he's seen the differences between the U.S. and UK, he's passionate and authentic in taking this issue on, and it's probably only going to help him attract more people to his show," Bragman, told Reuters.

Those were quotes from the Kim Jon il character in case you don't know during our back and forth, btw .Do me a favor go watch Team America and tell me what you said didnt seem in line with that characters' rhetoric, because honestly it did...
You may call it "tougn in check", or obnoxious...but to excuse what you said about killing people...who is to say that isn't your sociopathic inner-self talking?

If playing an assclown is your enjoyment. I am sorry. Please continue your hobby and keep it up. Please tell us who we should and shouldn't KILL. I'll just ignore your act going forward.

These graphs show an uptick of harm immediately following gun controls, but a sharp down trend towards below 1997 level. The uptick was probably due to existing guns before the control and illegally possessed guns. On a coarse level, these graph confirm that stricter gun controls are working for the UK.

ROXRAN, does it matter where these quotes come from? They are wrong even if you heard them used in Frontline on PBS. If I were a sociopath, Please take away the guns that are so accessible to me.

If you were a sociopath, it would be better to institutionalize you rather than takes away guns...after all, there is evidence taking away does not too much ..see UK graph, or Virginia
I am not sure if you live in the US, but I'd rather have rights and freedoms and to prevent erosion of any of our bill of rights. We have regulation enough. Reagan banned machine guns. We will never have military type firepower, but we have the ability to defend a group of say 3 thugs from home invasion with what we have.

On a side note, Yallmean..I am sorry I used insensitive wording. Regardless of your baiting or reckless, stupid quote it was wrong on my part to poke back that way. Please accept this sincere apology.
