He averaged 25.5@56.5%, 29.3@58%, and 28.4@56.5%. I think that is pretty efficient. Maybe not 60% but that is Kobe levels.
People out here always underrating players, especially former players. Arenas was a pure beast, he was amazing clutch and averaged 29PPG his best season and has scored 60 points in one game.
Some of these comments are hilarious. He padded his stats and wasn't that good because he played in the East? Why does that matter? So he never scored a lot or played well against the West?:roll eyes: "Arenas scored 42 against the Celtics!!" "Arenas scores 12 against the Jazz! He can only play against Eastern teams because they suck!"
which season was that? Just checked his stats, the only season that his FG% reached 45% is 2001-2002. most of his seasons had FG% around 40%. I would not call that efficient.
True shooting percentage. Not to mention hardly anyone can get their TS% that high with 30+% usage rate. True Shooting Pct >= .55 and Usage Pct >= 30
