I agree it started with the spurs game, told the coaches that if you give me the ball I will destroy everything lol
And I had thought that the fans here had gotten beyond questioning every coaching decision. The fans have been proved wrong so many times this season you would think that they had learned something.
I don't know, a lot of fans on this board have been right all along about how we are misusing Lin and Harden, with the coaches finally coming around after many unnecessary early season losses.
I question them when I think they're puzzling or wrong. That's not going to change regardless of the record unless McHale demonstrates over time that he's the new Pops or Doc.
Consider that the Rockets were playing at an extremely fast pace -- more possessions means more opportunities to collect fouls and get into foul trouble faster. Couple that with the Rockets being ahead with I think a few minutes left in the half and the rest of the players playing pretty well, and I can understand McHale's decision.
oh puh-leeze....the coaching has botched more games than they've been correct. fans have every right to b****. that being said, objectivity requires that we recognize that the coaching strategies and substitutions have improved.
Lin would be a lot better with big men who can FINISH (more directed at asik). asik owes harden and lin about 2 assists per game. so segway goes to lin for their inability to run a simple ALLEY OOP. when was the LAST TIME you saw the rockets complete an alley oop? JL owes tyson chandler a segway for last year, that's for sure, but asik? you are on crack.
How about those Lin Haters? Hating on him even before his official signing. Calling him a joke after only a handful of games. Those who point a finger always have 4 fingers pointing back at themselves, and those 4 fingers are their own.
I thought you would have gotten it by now, but seems you haven't.. When Lin has a bad game, it's coach's fault. When Lin has a good game, it's coach's fault. mmkay? <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/E4_tOiLB_Ko" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Also, for the longest the scorekeeper had credited a foul that I think went to Parsons to Lin and it wasn't corrected until halftime. At that time in the 2nd Q, the coaches may have legitimately thought Lin had 3 fouls. The announcers and online boxscore certainly did.
nothing? I think not, pnr's and good screens with good passing makes easy buckets for them. One thing for sure Greg Smith has got some easy buckets from some nice back court passing both lin and harden. I suppose people always going to hate on lin on these forums.
I thought Lin was playing better because he and Parsons worked out their secret handshake: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Q3HL817I-ms" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> This is the secret to Linsanity, y'all. Ask Landry Fields.
