And he would take that job real quick. But what might Wade do differently?

I dunno but if the Texans dont win @ Colts and if they keep playing like they played today they wont get far in the playoffs and we still have to see how Schaub plays we dont know yet he can play good or crumble ..

Btw, I notice Kubiak constantly has his face buried in a IHOP menu almost constantly during games, while other head coaches don't...is it because our head coach is a offensive mastermind?

3 TIMES"? against the opponents they need to beat to showcase dominance, and showcase that they are here! Texans still do not get any respect from the leagues, especially since we play in the Afc

One and done will be a Major blow to the Kubiak regime
Seriously . . . I think he would be back on the hot seat for a number of fans next year.

I think the last two season has bought him 2 or more seasons no matter what
but melt downs . . . could hurt

True enough. But, we do know how he plays under pressure, and when it counts.

The Texans just aren't as talented as some people believe. JJ Watt and Andre Johnson have had great years, but at many positions we are just average or worse.

I think the Texans probably aren't as good as their record. The Texans won a lot of games this year because they forced the other team to turn the ball over, and they were able to play fairly mistake free themselves. The Texans have to play almost mistake free to beat good team, and the Vikings aren't really all that good.

Injuries have taken a toll and the backups just aren't as good. If your QB can't run, you better have a really good offensive line and we don't. Talent wise the Texans are just not good enough right now. I'm really surprised we have only lost 3 games, and I think the coaches have done a good job this year. Except for the special teams coach, the special teams have been pretty bad all year.

And I'm watching San Francisco get blown out right now in prime time. It happens man.

i agree, the Texans aren't as good as the record shows. they lose to great teams, beat average teams (only good team they beat was bears, when the bears were playing great ball). It doesn't even seem like kubiak trust schaub/ am i wrong or kubiak does trust him?

Schaub is limited in what he can do when he doesn't have time to throw.

Kubiak's problem is he only knows one way to do things, and when it's doesn't work then things fall apart quickly. Reminds me of the play-off game against Cincinnati when the run and shoot was not shooting.

When you add an average QB who is a giant p***y to the mix, along with only 1 true threat in the passing game that can consistently get separation by himself, then the recipe for disaster is great. It's beyond stupid to think that Kevin Walters should be starting in the NFL right now, or that the Texans shouldn't have looked to draft or sign a legit option at the position. Hell they past on Randle twice, and he would have been the ideal guy to take over at that spot.

I wouldn't give the job to Wade either. He's an elite level DC, but he's proven too many times he's not a good head coach.

What really is starting to piss me off the most is the amount of penalties the last few weeks. This is a sign of weak accountability which comes from the head coach.

The Texans need AGGRESSION on Offense.
They have to force the issue more . . put the other team on their heels.
The texans seem too passive on Offense

That's Kubiak's coaching philosophy summed up in 3 sentences.

The talent issue is what people are missing. How many of our 22 starters could start for SF for example? maybe 4? yet at worst Houston will be 12-4. OL has been mediocre, Foster has been horrendous all year (and thats a compliment), and defense pretty much went into the tank without Cushing other then a few games.
