What is up with all the conservative calls and conceding too quickly? Can someone explain why he does this? Sometimes its good but other times its bad conceding so damn fast.

The league is onto him, his play sheet during the game must consist of 25 names for the same 10 plays because that's all we run

Kubiak is the perfect offensive coordinator. As a head coach, his limitations are glaring.

This coming from a Aggie and a huge fan of his when he backed up Elway.

not new, just frustrated. the 3 games we've lost all had to do with him, mainly.

So would you also say that the 12 games we won also had to do with him?

We played real bad today, but the vikings are in playoff mode--they have to be! We are in "let's try to win without giving away all of our good plays and not get anybody hurt" mode.

1 for 9 third down conversions has to fall on the Oline. Vikings dominated the line of scrimmage.

He has to get these guys MOTIVATED
and he has to show some confidence in the offense and go down field even more

as silly as it may sound, trying to force the balance really out balanced our entire offense. sometimes you just have to say f' it and just let the passing set up the run, like in Denver, jax, lions. win sunday and it's a clean slate for everyone.

He's been doing that even in games we (barely) won. It makes me sick. But this team is still going through growing pains, and I don't expect they will have all their ducks in a row just yet. I'm amazed that we have the record we have considering the all too many close calls.

He seems way too resigned to " damage control "when the game is a come from behind challenge.

Kubiak apologist huh? lol wow you will come to the light eventually, kubiak is just a coaching scared, conservative little kitten, get over it.

Theres no way this offense should have played that doggish and uninspired. Schaub look like he caught his wife cheating, and the entire Offense was putrid, no spark at all

You know where that starts with? THE HEAD COACH.

You heard of that saying that, ''the team takes on the identity of the head coach"? well the Texans are doing a great job of imitating his sad/pathetic/lethargic body language over there on the sidelines

The guy cant even watch field attempts in clutch moments. What a p***y.

You sound ridiculous saying kubiak is responsible for every win, that is laughable. I gues he was responsible for that CHI win 13-6 too right? lol yeah right, he was Senor conservative in that game because he was under the impression that the weather conditions meant sit on the ball with our thumb up our asses.

Pubiak is what he is, a ''coach to not lose'' HC and not a Billichick, Harbaugh, Sean Payton, Parcells, Cowher, Gruden, tough minded type of coach and its not even debatable.

Go ahead and foolishly defend but the guy is not to be trusted as a HC, ask Mike Shanahan

It's weird that in our 3 losses, we've never really been in the game. We come out flat, the other teams takes advantage, then we just fold.

So on one hand it's a credit to Kubes and the team that when we actually show up to play, we win no matter how close or competitive the game is. What's troubling is that the team can easily just not show up and that this has happened in 2 of the last 3 weeks. Why do we show up not ready to play and come out flat? When this happens, how come we're unable to recover in the slightest? All that right there is on Kubes.

You're so right. Kubiak mix it the **** up occasionally. The 1 yd run, 1 yd run and three yd bootleg is not and has not been the recipe for success. Spread them out occasionally. adding TEs to the LOS is only bringing addidtional defenders in the box, throw some WRs out there and force the defense to cover them, that willopen up the run.... the guy is beautiful is his refusal to change though, it will be more of the same because that's all he does.

The Kubiak - Dennison combination has proved to be a run heavy offense with nothing coming out of it when the running game (this season done almost exclusively through Foster) fails to get yardage.

Meanwhile, this makes no sense when you look at the days of Kubiak - Shannahan and how they managed to get more production with less talent.

I don't think this is true. All players asked about it say they think that coach's speeches or whatever have absolutely nothing to do with their performance, and don't really do anything. As much as we love the great sports movies half time speeches, I don't really think there all that realistic.

Kubes is the only coach in NFL history to miss the playoffs 5 years in a row and not be fired.

It's funny how as soon as Wade took over our defense, then we made the playoffs, then all the sudden everyone thought Kubes was a good coach again.

I've been pissed at Kubes since 09. Great offense that had trouble firing. Horrible in the red zone, trouble getting things going etc and this was with prime Andre

Ok so if kubiak is supposedly safe next year, would a new offensive coordinator be the answer? Getting rid of Schaub aint happening. They need to do something.

If you hire a new OC...your basically saying Kubiak's system does nt work...if that is the case....cheaper to fire Kubiak...

Some may suggest to have Wade take over as the HC/DC...and hire an OC, but who out there is good enough for that...regardless...firing Kubiak automatically gives the job to Wade Philips
