Wikipedia says to take ginger, if you don't want to go the medical route.

Also, stop fapping in a violent manner.

This product is a result of many studies conducted by NASA on the astronauts...according to their brochure.

Go for a walk outside - helps my system to re-balance.

I think we get motion sickness when there is a 'disconnect' between your ears and your eyes/body motion (or lack off when it comes to video games). So in video games your eyes see all this motion but the semicircular canals in your ears are not feeling anything - disconnect. Another typical situation for motion sickness is if you're sitting sideways to the direction of travel e.g. in a train.

I get serious motion sickness. Dramamine helps a little, but what helps me the most is controlled deep breathing. Inhale through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Why do you not want to take any drugs? Can you tell us a little more about your situation? A very standard dose for "motion sickness" is Meclizine 25mg, three times daily. It's actually OTC, so you can get this without a script.

I drink a coke. It always works for me for some reason, but it probably has varied effects with other people.

Lay down under a ceiling fan. Turn the ceiling fan on its slowest setting and watch for 10 to 15 minutes. Should help. Focus on the fan blades moving.

If it's BPPV (Benign Positional Vertigo - can be diagnosed by a Dr. or AuD), you can go to a physical therapist to help you with that.
