    Why? He seems a decent, likable enough guy. I tweeted him questions and he actually replied and went out of the way to find info. for me and tweeted me links etc.

    CSN hired him to follow and report about Lin, and I guess to have him doing all these social media thing on the side is to explore the younger viewers' market.

    I dont really get the hate on Ho Chen.
    OK so his segment might not be the most earth shattering event on TV, but..

    A. He answers tweets directly on his twitter, in game. He answers alot of them. Think about it... he's like youre friend at the courtside.. you could ask him something that you couldnt quite see on TV and there's a good chance he'll respond.
    B. It's not a long segment, it's barely two minutes and usually not distracting from the game.
    C. He read out two of my posts on TV :D Seeing my twitter handle on TV was about 2 seconds of awesome lol

    What? CSN hired a reporter to just focus on Lin? I didn't know that. I hadn't noticed he was just reporting on Lin, thanks.
