I'm taking LilBimaThug (3 years old) to his first (real) Rockets game tomorrow. (He went as a one-year-old in a suite.) I'm both excited and anxious about the experience.

(FYI, he can now name all 15 Rockets players!)

Awesome... I'm sure he'll have a great time.

Just FYI -- as of yesterday afternoon, 126 tickets were sold via this offer. That means you have a roughly 5/126 shot (3.97%) shot of going down to the floor, meeting a Rockets player and getting an autographed basketball. Not bad.

Red Rowdies? JVG made the Red Rowdies and the Rockets organization has upheld the tradition ever since.

It was JVG and T-Mac who (I believe) covered most of the original costs for the Red Rowdies.

Hardcore fans who rag on McGrady should at least remember this meaningful contribution to Rockets Fandom.

I've taken high school basketball teams to Rockets game through the group sales department for years, have helped them sale thousands of tickets. Told the group sales leader (a very nice lady) that there is no way in hades I would support this franchise in the way of group sales while they are treating their fans like worthless second class citizens through the comcast deal. She tried to talk me into it being all about business and that they all loved their fans, passed me on to the President of public relations who offered more deals. I wouldn't pay 10 cents to support them right now, which is very sad for a guy that sat outside the Summit all night in line trying to get Rockets/Knicks finals tickets, and a guy who listened to Gene and Jim call all those losses in the Allen Leavell and Jelly Bean Bryant years . . . . .i've done everything i can to convince the coaches of Houston are high schools not to support this organization right now, sickens me to think they could actually sale the arena out
