Both events deal with gun control and make you hate guns due to the results of the shootings. If it were only one I would dismiss it as a coincidence, but both makes me want to share some thoughts.

The bigger the income disparity between the rich and the "middle class" the more we can't afford just getting by and ending up with a lot of debt around the holidays. This makes us want to fight the system when they don’t give us more money to keep up with inflation and living costs. Then there are poor people who receive food stamps that will fight the system when the government cuts the budget. Same with the people on Medicare and SSI recipients who will tell anyone they can if the government cuts them off. A lot of people are going to need this when the boomers retire and it’s obvious the government won’t pay it. They will fight the system too.

If you get audited by the IRS and they determine you owe back taxes and five times that amount in interest you will fight it in court. After they force you into bankruptcy they come seize your stuff and it’s much easier when there are no guns. We have what little opportunity and freedom we have left because of the second amendment. The change to IFRS this month shows me that we can’t do much to compete with the current corporations who pay little taxes. It’s going to be difficult for new companies to compete since their books will scrutinized from day one under IFRS.

it is creepy though that Neo's passport expired in 09/11/01 in the Matrix...it's like he knew there would be an 11th day in September in 2001...but all the way back in 1999. Whoa.

OK no one is going to believe me but the night before Denver Broncos Player Darrent Williams died I went to the Rockets new years eve game and took a picture with some cheerleaders. On the small tv behind me by one of the food stations you can see an image of a player with a broncos jersey and his number. This was Hours before he died.

Same here. They give actual theoreticians a bad name. But you deny they weren't fed it with both the name of the school and the city of the Batman theater shooting.

No, he wasn't. He was compartmentalizing earlier by distracting himself with a conversation; and once he had to talk about his freshly slaughtered child his real emotions came through.

The idea of this whole ******* thread is childish and disgusting.

 Maybe you've never lost someone close to you.

I wouldn't say this guy is faking anything. That soon after the loss of a loved one there's really no right way to act. You're in a state of shock, disbelief, trying to maintain who you are while being strong for the other people around you affected by the tragedy.

People tend to contort circumstances of big events like this to project their own views or dramatize their own life experiences; but given the body count and age of the victims this really is too bizarre, at least over "here," for it to be relate-able to just about anyone.

I don't deny that, POSSIBLY, since killings like this usually happen in series, that Lanza used the same film as Holmes for reference as to where he would commit his crime. That is a theory. Assuming that its all been planned and the government is behind it is conspiracy.

The only reason I think you shouldn't be banned for that is that you didn't make it explicitly clear that you agreed with this video.

And the OP is an idiot.
