    4.4%
  2. Status Quo -- keep it as it is now.

    15.0%
  3. More regulation -- guns still legal but not as readily available.

    61.9%
  4. Complete or near complete banning of guns -- don't need to explain this one.

IT's not flawed. IT mentions this as the exception. that's not a flaw............ here is the quote

unreal. just say 'my bad' rj.

Nope. shot from the school playground. A gun free zone. Also don't understand your 'first off' statement. Prior to 1995 you could not have a gun on school property. It was a gun free zone.

None. Whats your point? You can't kill someone from speeding?

You seem to be forgetting what you yourself wrote. You asked for an example and an example that massacres still happen in areas that are not gun free zones. Apparently you selective amnesia just filtered out the example that had been already provided. If the argument you are making is that gun free zones actually enable massacres but then ignore one big glaring example to the contrary that is a flawed argument.
If you read the article it says he shot them from behind a temporary building while they were on the school playground. I lived in Northern, CA at the time of the incident and a big deal was made about how he shot them from just off school grounds. He shot them from an area that wasn't a Gun Free Zone. He shot into a Gun free zone.

Oh good god. I hope you are proud of yourself. Sry, I didn't repeat the exception mentioned in every post for you.

    No it doesn't

Sounds like he moved to the school playground and started firing.........

    He exchanged fire with police

All you have to do is use wikipedia

For those that believe making guns more difficult to purchase, through screening I'm assuming, bear in mind that it's estimated that 2/3 of the mentally ill never seek treatment. Put all the mental health screens on there you want; those people will pass a mental health background check because they have not sought care and have not been diagnosed. And those people are way less stable than the approximate 1/3 that does seek any form of care or treatment at all.

So you concede then that there are some big glaring exceptions to your argument?

That means he was firing on kids on the playground from behind a temporary building. Again I lived in Northern California when this shooting happened. Granted I will say we have no idea if he knew whether he was on school grounds on or not but he actually was off of school grounds and was firing into the playground.

Yes it says "Base civilian police" which is base personnelthat he actually exchanged fire on the base. Again a gun free zone doesn't mean there aren't guns as there are security personnel there. Hasan wasn't dissuaded by that, neither were the shooters of Columbine who also exchanged fire with a deputy assigned to the school.
