    I see everyone's points in their responses to the question I posed. It's fine. We can be adults about it and talk about it... but... dang... that woman is in pain. How "REAL" does it have to be?
    There's a difference there... the one in your picture is NOT alive and is not recognizable by his or her family at all. :cool:

    Yep. It certainly is. And if we want to stop it from happening and having to see terrible photos like that, perhaps instead of censoring media, we should fix the problem with guns.

    Thank you for this... I was curious to the timeline of the shooting and 20 mins, WTF???? This debate goes even further, time to question the authorities and how they operate, my goodness...

    I wanted to stay away from a debate or discussion here on the hangout, but I can see it's inevitable. I believe that criminals will, by definition, not even care what problem we "fix." What do you propose, sir? :confused:

    If you believe that crime cannot be prevented (i.e. criminals are criminals and will break any law they want regardless of which ones we come up with and what punishments we attach to them), then the discussion ends right there. This is a philosophical debate, and not a policy debate, at this point.

    EDIT: Please be as specific as you can... avoid "stricter gun laws" and generalizing statements... I just want to hear some details...
