I think I'm pulling for the Titans tonight. The fact that they keep selling this awful game on the ridiculously small chance the jets still have at a playoff spot is just annoying the crap out of me. I hope they end it for the jets and we have one less Ryan family member in the league next season.

It's all about matchups. "Best" team is hard to pin down. The 1994 Rockets were not "better" than the 1994 Seattle Supersonics, but they're the champions regardless. I don't want to see Tom Brady again, either, but I can't say they're the best after the beds they've pooped so far this season.

I hate the Jets too, but if they win tonight (and they have a decent shot), then their playoff door is absolutely wide open as it is entirely possible (if not likely) the Bengals could beat the Steelers next week, and subsequently lose to the Ravens.

Assuming the Colts lock up the #5 seed next week in KC, what team at #6 is most likely to upset the Pats in the wild card round?

    Gotta think Pittsburgh.

Edit: Actually Baltimore could easily wind up a 6th seed too. I like the chances of either in Foxboro.

true. all i'm saying is the toughest road to Super Bowl will be having to go through New England.

True, but fortunately the Pats road to the Super Bowl now goes through Mile High in Denver plus they are stuck with a home game in the wild card round.

Exactly. He is on pace to becoming the first 9ers receiver to break 1000 yards since Terrell Owens in 2003.

He has been CLUTCH, coming up with plays when needed. Finally looking like the receiver they drafted him to be at 10th overall.

The key is which team can play man and get away with it...The Ravens and Steelers are kinda banged up...but the edge goes to the Steelers...the Ravens are just playing bad football and are not a good team...they need a major shake up...and perhaps should consider getting someone to back/take over Flacco's role...

Players like Flaco, Tebow, and Sanchez were lucky to ride the coattails of a dominant defense that made huge plays for them...now without that...their ineptitude as starting QBs are glaring issues...

Is it just me or does Flacco remind you of David Carr...lol...

Forgot they were playing tonight. Tuned in just in time to see the Titans punt, the Jets move the length of the field and then Sanchez throws a pick to end the drive.

I'll be waiting for the Rex Ryan meme with at first I was like (fist pumping) and then I was like (after the fumble)

Then after a 20 yard punt gives the Jets possession at the Titans 25 yard-line with 45 seconds left, Sanchez fumbles the snap to blow the game. What a comedy show.

Why does Ryan keep defending Sanchez?...maybe he won't name a QB now, but wow...I wouldn't trade Case Keenum or TJ for him. Stuck with him way too long

Gee, the Jets are flat out horrible. They are league's new sad sack team. They self destructed in ways I didn't think were possible. Tebow needs to get out of there. It's Tebow time to leave.

Greg McElroy will reportedly get the start next week for the Jets.
