Yes. He's been a comedian much longer. He's also the host of the old NBC show Fear Factor and was on the awesome 90s comedy News Radio.
I've seen some of his stuff from years ago and not really my cup of tea. He was the t*** in NewsRadio though... which reminds me, RIP Phil.
After watching it I enjoyed it but it wasn't one of his better stand-ups It essentially was the same set he did in Houston, I asked him why he left out my favorite bit and told him what it was and he replied because it wasn't finished but now it is so it will be on his next special.
