    Serious question!

How do you prefer your sunflower seeds? Shelled or non shelled?

Honestly, I like them shelled but these non shelled ones, I am killing fast it made me think I might as well pour them into a 20oz drinking bottle!

So how do you eat your sunflower seeds and if you say you do not eat these, you are lying, everyone eats seeds!

I shell them. Preferably David brand Jalapeno Hot Salsa, Ranch, or original.

I used to eat the shell and all, but don't anymore. It's too grainy that way.

lol man that stuff cuts your throat if you eat shell and all. Ranch gets too boring after a while and makes your tongue feel weird after a lot.

Shelled. Great to eat while hunting, riding in a long car ride, at my desk during work, ect. Pretty much whenever

You can buy them in the shell, or out of the shell. You really only eat the inside and discard the shell, but some people eat the shell too (yuk)

Non-shelled are just the seeds. Shelled include the seeds.

Non-shelled are just not the same. I find that I get some enjoyment out of shelling the seeds. Makes me feel like black Sammy Sosa

Oh ok, whenever I have eaten them in the past they have the shell on them and I break the shell or whatever. I didn't know some people eat the shell. Odd.

The shell does have a nice salty taste inititally though. But I cant imagine it would taste or feel good actually eating it.

Don't know if you care, but while they are good for you, they are also very calorie-heavy. I'm not sure eating them unshelled by the bottle is a great idea. I love sunflower seeds though, so I understand lol.

i keep a huge pouch of them in my cheek and I crack and eat them until the inside of my mouth is raw from the salt...

David's salted and roasted (and shelled, duh) is the only way.
