MELOnoma didn't want to get embarrassed on his homecourt so he's milking his ankle injury.

been decent but chandler sat for a while with fouls. I think asik has had some incredible defensive moments in this game

Good first half, Parsons, Douglas, Delfino and Asik (offensively) playing like **** but everyone else is doing well.

I hope we don't squander this lead in the second half in typical Rockets fashion, and I hope Lin stays confident throughout the second half.

Rockets need to keep attacking and hopefully Parsons and Delfino start hitting shots.

This is Lin's return game, big news on ESPN and NY media. Maybe coaches just want to let Lin be the main guy for this game . Clearly Lin looks different in this game so far.

lol...perhaps...it may just be the candy cane red...confuses Lin...

MSG hands down though has one of the best basketball environments to play in...Maybe this is what Lin needed...a game just to get his confidence back...he is playing fearlessly...

All things aside, this has been a very fun game to watch, mainly cuz we are playing to our strength- uptempo and driving to the paint. Of course the bad team defense by the Knicks is contributing a part in this lol

TD, Lin and Harden have the backcourt on lock.
Omer and Smith are solid at the 5 so far.
Now if we could just get one of our forwards to show up
we might just be able to run away with this thing.

The coaches aren't doing anything differently. Lin is playing aggressive and with more confidence, and the result is more playing time.

Asik owns Chandler. He pretty much owns any slow, traditional center and does decently against the more mobile ones.

Mike Breen mentioned that they looked up how many times Chandler has missed 2 shots in a row prior to this game. It was once - the entire season. In this game Tyson's missed consecutive shots not once but twice. That's excellent defense.

I think what's happening for Lin tonight is that Sampson not yelling at him at the littlest things. Just let him play and encourage him to be aggressive.

Our backcourt look awesome. Each has 9 FGA and each has 16 pt, both are very efficient. Hopefully Parsons is on fire in the second half to help seal the game.
