With all do respect. The Texans' defense was never better than the 9ers.

    Look at mutual opponents

    9ers vs Packers
    9ers vs Patriots

Gholson, Smith , Smith, Willis, Rodgers, Bowman

    Underrated : Black

I'm not saying whether I think the Texans' defense was or is better, but the "look at mutual opponents" logic is ridiculous. To extend it, New England beat St. Louis 45-7, while the 49ers tied them 24-24 and lost to them 13-16. Surely New England, playing at home, would then crush San Francisco, right?

I didn't say the Texans D was better than the 49ers. I just said that the Texans had one of the best defenses in the league before the injury bug hit. I think the Texans early in the season may have had a top 5 defense. At this point they may not be in the top half.

They held a top 10 offense today to 272 total yards. Two weeks ago held Tennessee to 10 points, seven of which came after the game was long over. I think it's way overly dramatic to say they're not in the top half.

I could argue this down ,but I wont. I admit , you never said they were better.

However, 9ers simply just have better players .

If things keep going this way for the Pats, the point differential loss will be as bad as Texans vs them last week. .

ohhh man Brady looks rattled! He sucks! get him out of here. I want the brady the was winning superbowls that had a 90 rating!

all continue to say it, every quarterback in any galaxy will struggle when facing a pass rush that is hitting all cylinders. I hope fantasy dorks are paying attention.

Got to love the nfl, every match up is a different game.

No, you can't. You can do this throughout the NFL. The Niners gave up 24 points to the Vikings and Rams, going 0-2 in those games. The Bears gave up 10 points and 6 points to those two teams. Is the Chicago defense better than San Francisco's?

I do believe that San Francisco's defense is somewhat better than Houston's because their season numbers show that. However, isolating one or two games for any team is not the way to prove it. Team A beating Team B who beat Team C does not automatically make Team A superior to Team C. That's been shown over and over again.

Belichik has to take Ridley out of the game. That is the last straw.

Not to mention, even if a team is better than another team, doesn't they mean they will automatically win.

If Team A beats Team B, then it does not mean Team B can't beat Team A in the next game.

30-3, the Pats getting a taste of their own medicine, and what is so great, prime time Sunday Night Football with Chris "the jerk" Collingsworth. Doubly Sweet.
