Claudio Ranieri's 4 year stint as a Chelsea manager will never be broken in the Abramovic era.

I think they should get Phil Jackson.

I read an article that basically said Abramovich never wanted RDM and had to be convinced of it last year when he was going to appoint Benitez as the interim manager then. Once he was convinced to place RDM, he never had a relationship with him and they barely ever talked about anything.

He was never a believer in RDM but he had to give him the full-time job after winning the UCL and FA cup because it would be completely uncalled for and obviously RDM's results said that he deserved at the very least a chance at the full-time job.

No surprise Abramovich was so quick to fire him after these results. I think he was just waiting for a string of bad-runs cause he was wanting to get rid of him all along. He just needed to justify it with the results on the field.

Yeah I think it was well known that RDM was not Abramovic's type of manager. Nobody expected him to last, but then the champions league happened. Oh well, I still would not get anywhere close to that managerial position. Good luck to Rafa... I give him 2 seasons max until he becomes a statistic.

New topic: Pool should have won the game vs Swansea. No doubt they are in dire need of strikers. Same old story. However this game should have been 1-0 for Pool. Enrique was only like offside by a foot, no biggie, so should have counted. :)

    YNWA!

Rafa is a terrible appointment by that idiot trigger happy Russian mobster. There's that.

United playing West Ham tomorrow, dunno how I feel about the defenders going up against a team who likes to play Hoofball. Anderson is finally getting a chance to prove himself and I think this is a great thing. 2-1 Man Utd.

For the Bundesliga viewers, why is Dortmund struggling in the league? Watched them play Dusseldorf and they just aren't themselves. Is it because Gotze, Gundogan, and Hummels were missing? Leitner is a cracking player, hope to see him play more.

    After 35 minutes it's Reading 3 - United 4
I wonder if they're playing with goalkeepers

Liverpool with the 1-0 total annihilation over Southampton.

In other news... Rafa will be sacked as soon as the last game of the season ends. Hell maybe even sooner. Even he admitted so after his win-less start. Add to that he has no support from the fans either.

RIP Rafa. He was a good man.

They are still a young team and not used to a tougher international calender. Last year they didn't do good in the Champions League, but won their games in the Bundesliga. This year it's the exact opposite. Plus, the Bundesliga teams, even the lower ones, learned how to play them, for example pressuring Hummels to harm his build-up. Also, the Dortmund defense isn't as stable as it used to be. They conceded seven goals by headers, which shouldn't be the case with Hummels and Subotic in the middle.

Still, I'm pretty mad, that they got away with a draw yesterday. Bayern should've won this, big chances in the last minutes. Didn't understand Heynckes for bringing Gomez so late, Shaqiri also might have been a late factor against a tired defense.

I've soured on Chelsea ever since the sacking and haven't been following them as much. I know we've had some bad games, and are on the brink of a CL elimination.

I will be happy with a Club World Cup victory and a top 4 finish in the EPL. Club World Cup is super important. If we somehow lose to those teams I would be livid. It's the only trophy Chelsea does not have which is why I want it so bad.

Bundesliga is big fun for a Bayern fan right now. 14 points ahead of Dortmund feels real good.

With City winning this weekend and United drawing, CIty pulls within 4 points of United for the top spot in the Premire League. Entering the halfway point of the season it appears to be a battle of Manchester for the top spot like last season.

Liverpool just refuses to win for some reason. Next year will be a different story with our new strikers. Sturridge - Messi - Suarez on our attacking third? Sickness.
