Hi all, I need some info , hopefully I could get some help here, I will be travelling to Dallas next week and staying at Marriot ,Dallas, Just wondering, 1) How far away is my place, (DALLAS Marriott) to Toyota Centre? If I am driving, how long does it takes for me to reach? (2 hours? 3 hours?) 2) Where can I buy the tickets? At the stadium? 3) Is the stadium full all the time? Am I able to obtain the tickets if I buy the tickets on the same match day? 4) How much is the price of the tickets ? 5) What's the average ticket price of NBA ? Hope to get some feedback from you guys. It's my fuirst time travelling to Texas and hopefully I am able to watch my first NBA game LIVE. I am from malaysia by the way. Thanks in advance =) Cheers.
Welcome to...America? or Texas? Either way to answer your questions: 1. Dallas is about a 4.5 hr drive from Houston, you can google map it to see the exact distance. 2. I'd say buy them off of flash seats so that you know you'll have a ticket and they're usually much cheaper there than through the Rockets. 3. You'll be able to get tickets, we're not playing a marquee team next weekend. We are playing the Grizzlies, so it won't be full. 4. All depends on where you want to sit.
Thanks bigbird for the info. Wow, 3.5 hrs to reach Toyota centre? Pretty far. How much does the cheapest tickets cost?
http://www.flashseats.com/Default.aspx?pid=18&ec=9000000000005037&ss=0&fss=1210848815 that is the link to the flashseats listing for the grizzlies game next weekend. The cheapest listed right now is $13, but you can always make bids lower than that and see if they will accept it. Keep in mind they charge a transaction fee based on the cost of your ticket.
What a waste. I think I wil be watching the Dallas and Heats game next Thursday eventhough I do not support either team. Do you think I am able to obtain the tickets? Full house? I am still a rockets fan through and through.
Hey, you can watch the game tomorrow on ESPN (Rondo). And Monday on NBATV (Melo). You can thank Harden and Lin for that.
