I have to agree to this....Its like we lost the game or we were down by 20 or something that Lin didn't do enough to bring the team back and I call myself a LOF. May be I am not qualify for that. SMH.

As a fan, I would support him whatever he determined what to do during the games, good or bad, instead of yelling at him what he should do. I am sure he knew what he is doing to try his best to help the team win, or what he has not done enough.

Thank you for being his biggest supporter.

I thought Lin was good especially in the second half. As i said earlier, his awarness/playmaking court vision is alot better then what it was earlier in the season.

Lin had just 10 points and??? (50% SHOOTING) Look at the Lakers record when Kobe scores 30+ points HELLO YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME

There are good wins and bad wins. This was not a great win. The only bright light wad harden who went off. The rest of the team, not just Lin didn't play up to pat. As a fan of Lin, I'm just singling out my frustration. It felt like he was holding back with harden back or being just too passive. If you watched the game, u can't be happy with the way team played tonite.

I would echo what others said that we are a young team and we should not expect everyone plays up to their potential every game. To me, he has a solid game with only 30 min (I hope he can play 35-38 min a game). He did defer a bit to Harden tonight and not as aggresivse comparing to the Spurs game. But its not like we were down a lot and in fact we are very much in control the whole game. I would rather him ease himself to avoid unnecessary injuries. This a long season.

I agree we are probably a bit spoiled by his last game. I guess the biggest issue I had with Lin was seeing him passing up open looks. He did well defensively, great full court passes...But it was really frustrating to see him almost looking like he is afraid to shoot especially in the first half.

I think a lot of us are hoping he takes that shot, because it's easy to see that him becoming a consistent scorer will vastly open up his passing game. He doesn't need to score 38 points a game, but just enough to keep the defense honest. I just hate it when he passes when he has a clear open look.

I'm quite surprised that he didn't realize this despite his last game. You can't deny that he looked much different than he did on Monday.

I personally think he should take at least 15 sits a game. And if you count all the open looks he passed up tonite, you will realize that he won't have to force unnecessary shots either,

Agreed. I also wondered why. But only he and the coaches know. :)

Lin needs to play like Kobe, get aggressive every night and more selfish...he needs to step up and become Leader of this team...

He needs to be more aggressive I agree with you there but he doesn't need to play like Kobe. He is our point guard and it's his job to get the other players good shots. I think Lin will continue to get better and the whole team will continue to play better the more they get used to playing together and learning their roles on this team.

to hell with those traditional roles:grin:... he needs to be more selfish than Kobe and Westbrick together.... just to balance his unselfishness...paradoxically as it may sound this way it will be easier for him to assist and to get the other players good shoots...

COME ON LIN! TAKE THE LEADER ROLE!!!

Those traditional roles come from years of success, I don't think they need to be given up. I think part of Lins great upside that I'm seeing is that he is a very smart player. When he was scoring 38 the other night he wasn't just being selfish he was looking for other players as well. I think some of it is the coaching not letting him know that he has a green light like Harden.

I thought Lin played fine tonight. He shot 50% from the field and had 6 assists and 5 rebounds. He played within the flow of the offense and Harden was on fire. We won the game. I'm quite confident that Jeremy's main concern as well. When he went off the other night for 38 we lost. If you were to ask him if he would rather score 38 and lose or 10 and win, I can promise he'll take the win every time. This is a game were he doesn't deserve criticism. The reality is linsanity is over. He's always going to defer to Harden because Harden is the superior player. There's nothing wrong with that. If he continues to pay like he did tonight I'll have no issues with him.

Hopefully his passiveness had a lot to do with his sore ankle. If your legs are tired or sore it has a huge impact on your shot. He did however find a lot of other ways to help the team win - defense, passing, rebounding, etc. Still a big letdown after Monday.

An ugly win but still a win. The team played with such intensity Monday I wonder if they were still a little tired.

Really, his sore ankle made him play like the other 15 games he played the exact same way, lol?
