    Yeah but he has to look to score. He can't just go in there with no intention of taking the shot. He needs to make a few to keep the defense honest. Like how he drew Duncan in the last play to give asik an open shot. If Lin doesn't score 30 points that night, he is not gonna draw multiple defenders.

    Harden has to just decide to shoot pass or go to the net faster... I have no problem if he takes like 25 to 30 shots a game...

    This is the kind of thing that will take time. Guys have to learn what to do off ball when defenses overload against Harden (and Lin).

    I'm telling you, ever since his injury Patterson just isn't as explosive as he used to be. But he still shows flashes. In his rookie season he had some really nice dunks and never settled for a layup when he was under the basket. He always took it up strong. He just needs to work on boxing out and positioning for grabbing rebounds and he'll be solid. He's already going to be in the league for a long time but there is definitely room for improvement.

    Greg Smith is my favourite player at the moment. Love watching him play. He's strong, has a phenomenal pair of mitts and plays exceptionally smart, besides some silly fouls every now and then. If he was two-inches taller I'd project him to be an elite C in the game.

    As is, I think he currently makes for a fantastic back-up C/ PF and could easily be an elite PF in the future. Fantastic player to have in the low-post. Harden and Lin need to run more rolls with him, and there is no reason Cole Aldrich should ever get playing time ahead of him now.

    i'm not sure the physicality of rebounding/boxing out in the nba can be "learned" by a 24 year old. you either have it or ya don't.
