even if they do get a good coach the rockets are a jump shooting team, there is no inside presence/threat.

Whenever a halfcourt heave is judged to be some sort of basketball success you know you need to start watching another sport.

as much as i do not like it, post players are becoming a thing of the past. yes we need size and strength, but more importantly.. we need a coach who is competent and confident in what he's doing. mcfail is getting by solely on his past glory as a player. BTW, can you believe mcfail never averaged 10+ boards in a season? no wonder he loves 2Pat!

 

McHale is quite the deceptive genius. Perhaps his final endgame won't play out until his last year as coach?

 

Only positive in the first half - Harden is healthy, Douglas hit a half court buzzer beater, and Wizard is a lot worst than Spurs.

Calm down, they are trying a new rotation, things like this is bound to happen. Just let it play out and see what happens.

 

Guy doesn't know how to play with any dominant ball player. Look what happened when he had to play with Melo. Even Kidd and Felton know how to play with one. He needs to play like Wade did with James, but he's like afraid of shooting too much with them in. He might be subconsciously doing it and not noticing it.

 

Go tell Memphis post players are becoming a thing of the past.

 

It is only facilitating if guys are making shots. Harden for example has 1 assist & 2 TO's. Rockets are shooting 39% from the Field that doesn't help.

Lin doesnt deserve time right now....that turnover after passing up an open 3 was rediculous....he went tp harvard, Im guessing hes smart enough to figure out that hes not going to get time playing like this....GO TO THE RACK...its ok if he misses the 3, but its not ok to not take it....its rediculous, whats he doing. IM the biggest Lin fan here but that was awful....even if he got the charge down the court, awful

 

Could you imagine this team with Adelmen as coach?.. Mchale is terrible, he doesn't even coach! Rockets have been freestyling it all year...

 

No need to blame other players for Lin's faults. Lin passed up several open shots that Bullard even commented on. Lin needs to recognize that he himself needs to stay aggressive trying to score to establish his own rhythm. Harden even spent a nice bit of time swinging the ball around to help Lin get going.

The team itself is overpassing right now. It is tough to get open shots, when they are there, you take them.

 

1-5 wow that is his first shot inside the bucket.

 

He's not a spot up shooter... he's a creator... y'all already think you have a better creator... get rid of him.

 

Pretty dismal first half.
