It amazes me how many kids today have never seen the Charlie Brown Christmas. Most of my daughters 1st grade class didn't know who Charlie Brown was. Every holiday we watch them, along with How the Grinch Stole Christmas. as far as movies: Its A Wonderful Life Brining Up Baby The Wizard of Oz Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Mary Poppins Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the Jungle Book Robin Hood (Disney) The Original Star Wars Trilogy The Star Trek Movies
Good list for kids. I'll add Sound of Music But for kids from Texas, shouldn't we have a Western in here. Shane? For all the Joey's out there. And don't say Airplane.
Cant believe it took til the second page to say this one... Indiana Jones Trilogy The Incredibles Weird Science (I recently watched this and I can't believe this was a PG-13 movie!!) Little Shop of Horrors Flight of the Navigator Teen Wolf Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure Gremlins Golden Child License to Drive Coming to America Jurassic Park House Party Class Act Last Dragon
How good is Star Wars and Lord of the Rings.. I've never watched any of them... and Coach Carter, Gridiron Gang.
Wow. Really? I think you will find almost universal acclaim for the original Star Wars trilogy (episodes IV, V, and VI). Haven't heard very many people that don't like em. As far as the LOTR, I personally thought they were excellent and most folks who watched em enjoyed them. However, I think they are slightly less popular than the Star Wars movies.
Let's see... Gladiator. The entire star wars trilogy Then I'd make my son read all of the lord of the rings books before watching the movies. Pirates of the carribbean(all movies) The prestige Inception Meh basically any movie related to space. But I'd have my son read! Kids these days don't read godammit! Its all about the darn Istuff and because of it classic literature is nonexistent! I mean I bought my nephew a friggin foxtrot comic and he didn't even read it! Grrrrrrrrr.
as ten-year old boy I thought this was the greatest thing ever <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/KcsLaSBWG9k" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
