Ideally for this team long term, its best if Lin plays out of his mind and the team continues to lose. Being able to flip Lin for a real cornerstone at the deadline or in the off season would be a major step forward.
True however I believe LMA, Love, Cousins and maybe Horford will switch teams in the next three years. We have to be ready to pounce.

LOL, the goalposts keep getting moved further and further back. First, he has to do it more than once. CHECK Second, he has to do it against a playoff team with a good D. CHECK Third, he has to do it under a coach who's not D'Antoni. CHECK Now, he has to do it without scoring 3-pointers? Hilarious! Hey guys, new rule in the NBA: 3 pointers don't count anymore. Reggie Miller and Ray Allen are just overrated scrubs.
Lin is streaky and it's okay for this part of his career. IMO facing the struggles he's had ever since his Warrior days + recent bad stretches of games would really help him long term, as long as he keeps positive and aggressive. I'd like to see the coaches continue to challenge him and bench him if they have to when he doesn't play well. These hard times will only make him a better player, and the success will taste even sweeter. Besides, we also saw the improvements from Toney Douglas because of Jeremy's benching. The team as a whole is getting better and I am loving it.
I agree. I think we also need to stop pretending that Harden is anything resembling a cornerstone when he is closer to a "brick". We need to flip these two players hopefully before the new year.
+1 This is why people say there is racism in the NBA. This is why we can accuse LOHs that they are racist. I'm a trained historian, and as historians, though we are trying to read the present, we are trained to "read against the grain," meaning that we elicit information that is not blatantly there. There's a strong political correctness campaign occurring in America, and the racists simply hide the blunt language that is obviously racist. Instead, they display their racism by other means, such as repeated denials and constant carping.
This is the same board that welcomed Yao Ming with open arms. You can keep your racism theory to yourself.
