you know what's baffling? lin's per-minute numbers aren't that much better than those of his rookie year in golden state. i can't fathom how he hasn't actually improved his game other than a brief stretch last season despite how hard he has worked. is it in his dna to be this bad? i hope not as a fan of his, but i'm losing hope with each ugly game he plays.
You'd think he's a monster scorer with those percentages but he's not. I'd bring up the percentages once he averages a good number without a big variance. I echo Air Langhi's issue too.
i live how LOFs always compare harden and lins fg% to make lin look better. but if you actually watch the game, you'd know opponents defensive strategy focuses on stopping harden. whereas they just dare lin to shoot. the amount of open opportunities lin gets but either bricks or passes up is not even funny you can say harden`s defense sucks balls. that i can agree. i too have a problem with his D. but to compare their offense? that's an insult to harden.
Both harden and Lin struggling from outside. But at least Harden can drive better and get the foul calls. From http://www.basketball-reference.com/ Jeremy Lin Spoiler Rondo who is known as a "bad shooter". Better averages midrange/long jumper. Spoiler Harden Spoiler
