Any one see Lowry tonight against LAC? He just don't look like himself his body language, no hustle just said to see. I didn't watch the whole game. He has got to be regretting how things worked out. Is he injured? If he isn't hurt then it looks like he has just given up.
wtf? i watched a bit of the game and he was doing a great job on cp3...the commentators were really praising his effort...??
Didn't watch the LAC game, but in some other games Lowry's body language has been crap, most notably in the Houston game. Can't really blame him though. He's on arguably the worst team in the league with guys who don't seem to put in any effort at all.
I don't understand why he's not happy, if he isn't. He ran himself out of Memphis because he couldn't start there. He seemed happy to take Brooks' spot as the starting PG and control of the ball in Houston, even on a mediocre team. So you'd think he likes the limelight to himself. This was seemingly confirmed when he butted heads with McHale, as the Rockets wanted him to delegate a bit to Dragic. Despite the Rockets at the time on a roll towards their first playoffs since Yao went down. So he obviously isn't a guy who has a team-first attitude. But now that he once again gets to dominate the ball in Toronto, shouldn't he be incredibly happy again? Gonna get his stats and will be paid in 2 years. Surely life can't get any better than this?
Probably. If they had any interest at all in being good, they would have taken that Bargs / Calderon for Gasol swap and run. Wouldn't hurt if they fired Bryan Colangelo, either. That guy's personnel decisions are straight garbage.
I keep hearing this, but have you actually ever looked at the Canadian tax brackets they aren't that much different than the US. The top bracket in the US is 35% in Canada it is 29%. Each state also has their own tax, but the US states do the same thing.
Dangerous tank, considering if the ping pong balls go even slightly wrong, they give up the 4th pick. I would be furious if I were a raptor fan and that happened. I don't think they are purposefully trying to tank; the just aren't very good - they have been in several close games, but then again maybe their morale has finally broken... We'll see when the schedule equals out a bit for them. Currently: 7home/14 away
