Even if the Texans win tomorrow... which would be one of the biggest wins in franchise history... they still don't win the division if they lose out (and the Colts win out). Then again, if this team loses two games to the Colts, they probably don't deserve to win the division.
True, but surely that won't happen. The team just has to keep winning, that's the ticket. Last team standing is the champion. It doesn't matter if you "deserve it," you have to "earn it."
that's a clever sign by the fans, commodore. I bet boston hasn't seen that many latinos since jennifer lopez performed at foxboro back in 2001- 2002 =) did someone say texans are coming... posting it again <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/hoy_en_la_revolucion/7401431710/" title="the surrender of the hoody, harbaugh and tomlin, while daryl looks on(battlefight edition) by *The last son of krypton*, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7241/7401431710_e52bbfa8c3_z.jpg" width="640" height="601" alt="the surrender of the hoody, harbaugh and tomlin, while daryl looks on(battlefight edition)"></a>
Anyone a Boston Globe Subscriber? This columnist headlined his column "Texans have no chance against the Patriots" with the first line of "The Patriots are going to win their “Monday Night Football” game against the Texans, and they are going to dominate...." with it being only readable to subscribers. Link I'm curious why he thinks this.
Thanks, itsmyfault. I knew someone would jump on the Texans for the letterman jackets. I can't say I blame him for that. But this guy sounds like he's off his rocker. Wasn't Charles Tillman and his wife expecting and had a baby after the Texans game? And here I thought I was gonna read some actual analysis but instead it's "Patriots just don't lose". one
This guy is definitely a novice writer. Maybe he should do research on the opposing teams before making stupid comments like this one..
If you want solid sports journalism, Boston's the last place you should look. There's homerism, then there's Boston Alcoholic Homerism.
What kinds of pressure do you guys think Wade will dial up, considering how Rogers torched us and Brady's ability to pick up blitzes.
Today I have to work 9 to 6pm. I am suppose to focus on my tasks. I am suppose to engage in my contractual obligations to my employer who has entrusted me with specific tasks and duties which are exclusive towards my position within the company... All I can say is I will be guilty of a thousand yard stare. . . I will find a way to absorb every ounce of information thru media until this evening while prodding thru the motions. Make no mistake. I'll get my job done,...but my heart, my mind will be elsewhere. . . I am ready, no need to say more. . .
You're lucky. I work at 10 pm so I'll miss the last 30-45 minutes. It's going to kill me especially since it's very likely that it will be a close game. I would've asked off but I'm already taking a week off in a couple of days for when I go out of town. Ughh.
