Smh @ your name maybe I should adopt your name because I'm more realistic about the Falcons. Truth about the Falcons we haven't looked good in weeks. Are schedule is pathetic yet we struggle every game. I'll be surprised if they win a game in the playoffs.
I thought the same at first. Years later, he's my favorite of the bunch. And it wasn't just a dislike, I thought his segments were worse than Olbermann's worst player in the nfl segments.
What a major letdown after last week. Getting buried by a team playing out the string for a dead coach walking.
I'm almost ready to say the same thing about the Texans. Not quite there yet. I'll reserve judgement until after tomorrow.
you really think the Texans may not win a playoff game solely depending on what happens tomorrow? wow.
What is it about the Falcons that make you say that? All the national media guys don't really like the Falcons based on their past playoff performances but want to hear from a Falcons fan that follow them closely.
Well the past performances factor in to that. As of now if Tampa goes down the only winning team we have played this year is the Denver Broncos and that is before Peyton developed the chemistry he has with his wide receivers. If we were dominating at least some of these teams I'd have more confidence but we are struggling in all of these games. Our offense has failed in the playoffs in each of the 3 losses during the Matt Ryan era. I think they will crack under pressure once the playoffs begin.
Give me a break. Did I say solely dependent on tomorrow? Don't go jump off a bridge. I've had doubts about them for several weeks. Their last impressive win was Baltimore 7 weeks ago.
Even getting homefield throughout the NFC playoffs doesn't deter your doubts? I thought Matt Ryan and the offense has played way better since getting that new O-coordinator this year. We've had injuries to key players yet overcame them. The Bears game was impressive to me since it was a road game in bad weather. No team in the NFL has been dominating, doesn't matter what everyone perceives the strength of schedules are. Just because we haven't been blowing out the sorry teams doesn't mean we aren't playing up to everyone's perceived capabilities of the team. The key for us now is come out of the regular season as healthy as we can be (clinching homefield throughout the AFC would be nice).
just the fact that your on the fence about the Texans ability to win one playoff game is ridiculous especially when that playoff game is at home. and talking about impressive wins there was CHI and not to mention the comeback against the Lions in DET.
If you think it's ridiculous, fine and well. Typical homer. We already know playing at home won't protect them from getting burnt to a crisp by a hot QB. Secondly, I didn't say they didn't have the "ability to win". I doubted whether they will. You guys are something else. Calm down. It will all be settled on the field. If the Texans get the Broncos or Pats instead of the Ravens, there is good reason to think they may not win. If you are blind to that, OK. I'll stay in the light.
