Probably Toronto because of the weather, taxes, and living in another country.

Memphis, cesspool and a flyover city. Just disgusting all around.

Well if I was cut and put on waivers I'd probably be happy playing for anybody that would have me.Wouldn't bother me where it was since I'd be getting rich for playing a game.

... but OKC would probably be at the bottom of my preferred destinations.Spent a couple of weeks there and had never been so bored in my life.

I'd hate to live there if I was poor or even middle class. I think it'd be awesome if I were rich.

    Cleveland
    Detroit
Toronto (different country and way too far north)
    Oklahoma City
    Memphis
    Indianapolis

    In that order

Millions of others do too. Just my opinion. I've never lived there, though, so I can't say for certain. But have visited about 10 times.

    1) Utah (Nothing to do. No booze celibate girls. And it's the Jazz).

    2) Indiana (They call it nap city for a reason, all though I have no issue with the Pacers as a team)

    3) San Antonio (I like Pop, but I'd suicide living there)

    4) OKC (the big nightlife is Denny's)

    5) Cleveland (it's cleveland)

    6) Minnesota/Milwaukee (too cold, although I hear both cities are very nice)

My top choices would be the New York teams, SF, and Chicago.

OKC, Cleveland, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Charlotte sucks too as a city.

Toronto is an awesome city for those who don't know

    SLC and Miami.

Miami doesn't belong with those two. Chicago does. Those 3 define modern america, Miami isn't on that level as a city.

San Antonio is just a short drive to Austin so I have no problem living there.

Most NBA Cities are a short drive to a major metropolitan.

However, Salt Lake, OKC and Memphis are nowhere near civilization.

I don't mind Minny. But I remember a Vikings players having to import girls to his lake boat parties. What does that say about the women of Minn.

this whole thread is confusing people. half the posters are listing their preferred cities, others are listing places that for some reason they wouldn't want to live like NYC or Miami.

Memphis as a last resort? are you kidding? I've never even been there but could list you some crappier places easily.

and another group is just listing 1/3 of NBA cities willy nilly.

    the answer is Minnesota.

I honestly feel bad for each and every player that lives in Utah and/or is associated with the Jazz

For sure Utah and then OKC - I could find a way to like Memphis, Milwaukee, Cleveland and Indy pretty easy of those most mentioned undesirables. Toronto or DC and even Detroit would actually be cool. No problem with Charlotte, the Twin Cities or San Antonio either.

As long as we are pretending. I'd actually take the old San Diego Rockets as most desirable.
