New Italian place with pizzas being their specialty opened in the Heights area (Shady Acres). Called "Crisp." Looks promising.
Someone's mom didn't pack them Lunchables in middle school. Nasty, but I loved it for some reason. Still do.
My question when reading this: who the hell is Susan and why is she a inaccurate depiction of starting NFL Quarterback Matt Schaub? And don't even get me started on this Tom character...
I went there last week when I was back in Houston for the weekend. It was a huge disappointment. The menu looks great from top to bottom, but the food was a major letdown. We ordered 2 pizzas among other items, and none were very good. The service was also terrible. On a related note, I ran into FFB over the weekend and he told me that Crisp is run by the same people that own Pub Fiction.
Went to capones last night and forgot how great their pies are... One of the better Italian style pizzas in town. Highly recommended even though the place pulls an interesting mix and service can be spotty.
Let's be honest here Listen, I take no pleasure from being a messiah to a bunch of nerds online. I really don't. But, The constant turkey eggs against premier teams with legit QB's. The inability to show a hint of killer instinct, starting with Kubes and ending with Susan. The excuses from a gullible, mediocre conditioned fanbase. That's not what I'm about. I want this team to win a Super Bowl - and as we see repeatedly against premier competition, that won't happen with Susan and Kubes. I love the defense as much as anyone, but when you know your QB doesn't have your back on the other end and wilts like a dandelion up against a hurricane, it's demoralizing. It's crippling. And it's hard to give that extra 5% when you know it's for naught. On the other end, a guy like Brady or Rodgers senses that weakness and thrives off of it. I mean they just thrive. In no way can this loss be pinned on Wade. Unfortunately, this is not a team that's getting anywhere in the playoffs. Live in your bubble all you want, but there needs to be a new coach and most definitely, a new QB next season. Pleading the "let's give them more time" or "hail mary miracle" excuse is just gonna cause you more pain in the long run.
We got our ass kicked in one regular season game...this isnt the end of the Texans this season they will respond
In life, we have two sorts of people. The regulators, and the regulated. Regulated. Regulated. Regulator. Regulated. This playboy is my mini-regulator. The penultimate regulator.
