The problem is in order to fix his form he has to go through thousands of repetitions. with the nba schedule the way it is, I doubt we'll see improvement anytime soon

As long as the Rockets coaching staff feels it's a confidence/game-time issue, I honestly could care less about his struggles. He has a whole season + offseason to work on his shooting woes. As long as he turns it around next season, it's all good. In the meantime, meh.

How does it fail? If Harden is leading with 4 a game and handles the ball all game and Lin gets 2.8 and rarely handles the ball, that means Harden takes better care of the ball right? I don't see what you don't understand. Kyrie Irving leads the league with 4.1 and he plays on a team just like the Rockets where he has to create all the offense. Lin is comparable to someone like Dwight Howard. He rarely handles the ball either yet has a high turnover rate.

Can't wait for the Rockets to get rid of Lin. I'm still waiting for him to drive by somebody with his left hand.

Problem is that Lin hasn't thanked God enough. This is God's punishment.

He's got enough speed to beat his guy off the dribble. Instead of takin it to the rim every time, where defenses are now collapsing on him, why not stop n pop? It would be so much better and higher % than jackin 3's.

What's wrong is that he just isn't good. There's a reason why he went undrafted and has bounced around the league.

Linsanity was an anomaly. Now you've seen him come down to earth. He is what he is.

My thought as well, except based off the playing of Lin and pretty much everyone not named Patterson, I think the coaches are telling them to go in to draw the foul. Which isn't working as much for Lin and Harden as it was last season and the start of this one because most likely, the refs have been told to not give them as many.

I suspect they are moving away from this but it is obvious how most of the players play, that they aren't really preaching the inside - out game.

JLin needs a new team. Houston doesn't know how to utilize him and it seems they don't need him either. A trade would be beneficial for both.

He's not that good, but definitely this bad. The rockets ruined him too.

Apparently the Lakers want him so he can go from ball hog Harden to ball hog Kobe.

It seems to me that Rockets signed Lin simply to destroy Linsanity: first, they took away his play making right, next, they benched him extensively to destroy his confidence. Just put yourself in Lin's shoes, tell me how you would feel and perform!

They cut him last year for a reason, then gave him 25 million. Worst decision in Rockets history.

    That is a stupid post.

Lin is averaging 6.2 assist per games to 2.8 turn overs a games which isn't
    bad.

    Dragic 6.5 / 2.3 Lowry 5.9 / 2.4

Lins problem is he needs to be aggressive and shoot better, I'm sure both of those will come around. I'm not saying that the offense is bad but I would say that part of be aggressive is the way the Rockets are running the offense.
