Back to the pizza talk... I had a slice of pie last night that had roasted pepperoncini on it. I might have to do that more often.
guys I know this really isn't the time to criticize schaub, but i totally get where honey bear is coming from. schaub is limited, and he limits the offense. how many deep passes to johnson are not thrown because schaub simply doesn't have the arm. like i say, i know brady is laser focused on this game, i don't want the biggio schaub approach to this game. i want schaub to make a freakin statement, its the last question i have about this team.
Have you ever tried anise seed on your pizza? My Dad used to swear by it. Gives the pizza a little kick.
When I was in culinary school and in pastry class we got really tired of eating sweets so we would make a big batch of pizza dough and make pizzas. I would grill the dough on one side on a wood grill then flip it and add my sauce (sometimes pesto sauce instead of tomato sauce) and toppings, then when dough was done put the whole thing on a pizza stone in the big oven to finish it off. Man o man. Good times.
LOVE pesto pizza. Not many places serve it here in Austin. You've got to be careful, though: a little pesto goes a long way. But man, it's goooooood.
