This. Also, you can't really sit your highest paid player either, and Harden will be a threat regardless of how he plays.
Owned by who? Kobe? <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ppNFQ-lF95g" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
C'mon dude seriously... Don't compare Kobe's 39 points to Lin's 4 points stop that. Gonna put on one possession in a game that hAd 100's of possessions. When the game mattered Lin wasn't even on the court.
Wow.... Talk about small sample size. How many points did Kobe have last night??... Lin???... Look, the Rockets won the game... isn't that all that should matter? This just further proves the point that the LOF'ers put Lin's success over the teams success. Even Jeremy himself was all smiles after the game because the bench stepped up in a big way. So everyone here just needs to calm the F down.
Which LOF's is that? I see lots of LOH's trolling trying to get a rise out of the Lin fans? Most LOF's acknowledge that TD played well and deserved to be in the game.
There is a point to that. I don't care how much 'potential' you have if you don't have a baller's mentality don't play the game. Look at TD, as much of a scrub as he is he's constantly jacking up shots. And that's why he had this game today. Its like Lin is always waiting for weaker opposition to trample instead of stepping up and facing the big guns and going hard all out.
Exactly that's all I'm saying play with pride have some fearless attitude... After Howard throw his attempted lay up into a crowd of people on the 5 row he completely shut down after that.
hahahaha, Now the LOFs are officially dumber than the TOFs!! I think even the dumb Knicks fans who are pretending to be Rockets fans know better than this. News flash to LOFs, if the Rockets had a chance to get Kobe for Lin, Morey would do that faster than Usain Bolt.
Yeah, Tony D was playing too well to put Lin back in, gotta give him props for going with the hot hand, Parsons was benched as well.
Maybe. But I also think Sampson is using this opportunity to add to his portfolio so he can get a future head coaching job. Check out Woj's twitter from last night. He essentially tweeted that although it cam under terrible circumstances Kelvin Sampson is proving that he can be a future NBA head coach. Just some things to consider.
Wasn't even a great defensive play, just sound defensive fundamentals. Crowd your man and use the baseline to your advantage.
Lin was in foul trouble..... im sure he would have had good game if it werent for that. he was looking to score and he was playing great d.... the rockets won...lets have a harden hate page now....he was 3 for 20 or something...not very good.....no he was awful.....Lin out played harden I can tell you that
excuses, excuses: "Lin would have had a good game had he not been in foul trouble" -you can't prove a negative "Lin's still recovering from injury" -ah the old injury excuse "Why are you focused on Lin and not the terrible game Harden had?" -misdirection often works
Lin had a bad game = fact Parsons had a bad game = fact Harden had a bad game = fact Who should we crucify? Lin Makes no freaking sense sometimes. People always complain about knee-jerking but those are the same people that knee-jerk when it confirms their own biases against a player. Enjoy the fact that we won and be happy that a lot of our young bench players got quality playing time against a good Lakers team. This will do wonders for their development. Also great move to leave the people in the game that kept us in the game. That's something that I saw Rick Adelman do on numerous occasions during his tenure here. You ride who is hot, not who is the starter.
Yeah there was anyone that Kobe should be compared to this game, it should be James Harden. Who was piss poor. Though I would have preferred Lin in the game in a normal game scenario, Toney Douglas was doing VERY well. Also, Harden is a better free-throw shooter and better at drawing fouls than Lin. Good end-game decision making
