    wait we won basically without our best players. Lakers are a joke right now. We would have lost to most of the teams in the NBA I feel tonight. Solid gritty effort by our bench.

    Or maybe the bench wouldn't have tried so hard if they didn't know the team was depending on them. You could argue either way.

    One thing about Lin is that whether u think he sucks or not, he is the consummate team player. I think he would be the same whether he is paid 700k/yr or 8 mil a year. I know he has a long way to go, but you can't knock him for being a class act.

    Having said that, I hope he continues to develop the tongue sticking out swag he demonstrated during Linsanity because that is when plays his best

    This is true. If PPatt can shoot like this consistently, we will be a tough team to beat. I dont mind using him as trade bait. I look forward to see how this season unfolds.

    I saw the replay on that play but I didn't see the elbow. Hopefully, I get to see it on the highlights. Gawd, those highlights are going to be short on Lin. :(

    This. I was at the game. It went like this: hopeful, depressing, surprising (TD), boring, frustrating, more frustrating, a glimmer of hope, hilarious, excited, pumped, edge-of-my-seat, disbelief, sigh of relief, jubilation.

    Yes, blessing in this disguise because it gave TD the chance to shine. But he needs to learn that he can't take himself out like this with stupid fouls. He was too naive to think that he would get calls against Kobe. A lesson learned. Move on.

    @TommyBeer: Shortly after Wiz beat Miami, a Lakers team featuring Kobe & D12 lost to a team whose leading scorers were Greg Smith & Toney Douglas.

    @filipefurtado: @HPbasketball Dwight just got outplayed in final quarter in consecutive games by Nikola Vucevic and Greg Smith. There is no words...

    @GotEm_Coach: What's worse than Dwight missing his FTs is the fact that he wants nothing to do with the end of close games. He's shook.
