Cartier used to make some great men's stuff, like Pasha and Declaration, but they discontinued them a while back. Issey Miyake and Varvatos made some decent fragrances, Creed is like $150 - $200 retail; but subtle and well-scented enough that it seems worth it.
You have some bizarre posts sometimes, but your taste in colognes is pretty damn good. My current favorite colognes are probably Creed's Silver Mountain Water (never thought I'd buy it because of the price, but I broke down and did), John Varvatos' Artisan and Artisan Black. As for Pasha and Declaration, I just Googled and it seems like you can find them in a lot of stores (I even think I saw one of them at Macy's).
- Jean Paul Gaultier is my all-time fav. Also, most Burberry colognes, such as Brit and London... Bath and Body Works OAK for men is nice for a cheaper price.
I am a man. I hope you're not buying your girlfriend the men's version. Brit for Women: Brit for Men:
Chrome and Light Blue are both excellent choices. Light Blue is an everday cologne and chrome is for picking up the ladies in the club.
