No one thinks this is just a ploy by the Governor to get Meryl on the inside of the Prison group? Woodbury obviously can't compete with the epic covertness of the Prison gang. Daryl, Michonne, Glen*,Carl* and now, from what I've been told, Tyrese; they need an inside man, Everyone in Woodbury is worthless. I'm having a Hard time believing the Governor is a worthy adversary for these guys. I'm guessing he was more of an evil ******* in the comics. * denotes recent badassery
I have my doubts about the whole speech the Governor gave about Meryl, and had suspicions about it being a fake presentation. Not sure what to make of it yet, and won't till Feb.

It could be that the Governor thinks Merle really did betray him bc Merle told him that he had killed Michonne. Then he finds Michonne as part of that covert group trying to kill him.

I used to watch this series on the edge of my seat and be wowed as many of these responses are..... Last week I started the comics and finished them ........ now I'm just disappointed at how lacklustre each episode when I realise how much they changed/left out. I guess a word of warning, those who want to read the comics they are really good... but may ruin the tv series experience for you I'll keep watching though just to see how it plays out.
I enjoyed the episode last night but I kind of wished they stuck closer to the comic with the Michonne Governor story, they really lighten it up, to the point where her need for revenge isn't as logical. It is good to see Tyrese and his daughter show up, hope they treat the TV version of the character very well.
Last Nights episode wasn't as great as I expected, I was hoping for the same wtf moment as when Sofia emerged from the barn in the last mid-season finale. Can there seriously not be two black guys in the group at one time? SO funny
