    I don't get this. Obviously the league thought it was intentional or else why fine him? If the league thinks Suh intentionally kicked Schaub in the thunder then Suh should be suspended. He is a repeat offender.

    A suspension wouldn't help the Texans, so I guess I don't care.

    ^agreed...glad something happened but $30K is nothing...You set an example for repeat offenders like Reed, but not Suh?

    I half expected this to be the outcome and mentioned it a while back - Reed winning his appeal made the league gun shy. The last thing they want is players beating them in court and wiping out fines and suspensions.

    If they didn't try and suspend Reed on shaky grounds, I would bet they would have nailed Suh. But they're scared of seeing a second suspension overturned in 2 weeks.

    Suh's **** is just subtle enough that they'd struggle to prove intent to the arbitrator.
