Thoughts on last nights episodes? Spoiler It really seems to set up that Clay might actually bite the bullet, still not sure if they'll actually do it but episode just had that feel to it or at least setting up for it.
Spoiler from my last post it looks just the opposite, juice lives and tig dies, i really thought jax was going to kill his ex, as far as clay i think he survives and next season another power struggle between jax and clay since the club will be split on tig's death
Spoiler I don't know if Tig is going to die because it seems like a big plot point to give away in the teaser. Think Tig will survive somehow and then get back with Clay. Clay will escape by the skin of his teeth but he'll find out that Gemma set him up. Think she's going to tell Jax about his escape plan. Setting up next season for Clay and his "independants" coming back with some serious vengence on their mind.
Spoiler I thought Jax was going to till Pope to kill Clay, the ex wife and Tig all at once in the barn.
Spoiler Pope doesn't want Tig dead, he wants him behind bars where he can torture him until he dies of old age. We'll see if that happens and which way they go with Pope next. The "retired" federal marshall could end up being next season's bad guy, stunt casting and all.
Spoiler Why are y'all using spoilers for an episode that already aired? I think the scene with clay getting blacked out was more about showing the emotion surrounding his departure from the club, not from the show. Anyone know more about the book Toric was reading? Is it implying he's loco? And I thought Navarro's cameo was pretty bad. DD could have been more Mexican than he was.
We don't need to spoiler discussion about the show. Only clips or facts of upcoming episodes. I'm with K mf G regarding GRENDEL's comment. I think this episode shows the exact opposite: Clay will not get wacked. Hell, Bobby even says at the end, Clay: "So you're here to kill me." Bobby, "No, I'm here to save you."
I don't think this season can wrap up nicely, there is going to be a lot of carryover. Also, I don't think Tig dies, But I do think Tig and maybe Juice join Clay and go independent. Pope will then go after Jax for not delivering Tig next season.
the more the season goes on, i feel liek Jax is becoming more lost in his world. at this point i dont even think Jax will point the club in the right direction anymore, he is more hell bent on revenge.
I agree with this. At some point, you have to stop killing everyone off. My one complaint is that they've done a poor job on is introducing prospects into the club/story line since Half Sack was killed. I don't even know what the name is of the big, goofy looking dude, but he keeps getting to vote on club matters. He's been nothing but a fringe character and I don't see him being any more than he is. Clay starting a rival club is an interesting possible story line that will help carry the show through the last 3 seasons.
Excellent finale... Loved the scenes of Jax dealing with the Pope/Tig situation. Did anyone else notice that at the end of the episode, Tara had her back turned to the camera in her home and looked exactly like Gemma? The hair and everything, maybe I'm reading too much into it?
No but I did notice Gemma holding Jax at the gavel at the end of the episode like Tara did at the end of season 4.
Best show on tv. Kurt Sutter might just be the best writer going right now. Left more than enough open to last the rest of the series. Only 10 long months to see what he comes up with next.
