Is he saying every Rockets game in general is personal, seems very unlike Brooks. It's either made up or taken out of context.
I think yours might be too. Or maybe his post was just really bad...idk? It seemed like the d00d was sarcastic since DM is like 6'4 or something.

Yeah it is. I think that was a rather funny answer by Scott Brooks to be honest lol
Im assuming Brooks was asked the question under the suggestion that the game might be personal because of the Harden trade. So to be funny he said "yeah the game is personal." But rather than saying something about Harden (which might be expected) he jokingly referenced his Rockets' history.
Little known Rockets fact: Scotty Brooks locker was next to Hakeem. No wonder he was pissed Morey traded him.
Rudy T used to bully Scotty a lot, too, pushing and shoving him for no reason whatsoever. here's an example. Notice how Scotty is already trying to be a coach, standing in front of the bench, trying to act smart... clearly pissing off Rudy.
my best friend at SBMS looked like scotty, so we called him scotty brooks. cool story! I'm sure scotty said it with a smile.

I love Scotty Brooks. He's almost as funny as JVG and a heck of a lot better at playing the good guy in the media.
