Sweet! I don't see him playing the 4 getting minutes over jones but why they did bring him up after just two games and not give him pt?

Insurance. We're thin right. Now. D-Mo will be ready in case anyone else gets hurt, but I'd be shocked if he gets real playing time otherwise.

Actually I do see him getting PT over Jones. Jones has not exactly been awesome in his limited minutes. PPat could be the loser here. We shall see.

I think D-Mo can get more rebounds than Pat right now.

D-Mo is a straight shooter super blunt type of guy. Glad to see him tell it like it is. Motiejunas is probably the most talented of the Rockets' rookies so to see him be humble and take the opportunities he is awarded makes me happy.

I just wish Royce can get his diva self down there and do some work. I'd love to see him on the court with harden.

Looking forward to him getting some action ... Don't know if it will happen ...

Morey keeps talking about how one of our young guys needs to develop into an all star caliber player, but between 2patt, t jones, mook morris, and now dmo, not to mention Greg smith from time to time, it's going to be hard to give any of them enough minutes to make that development happen.

I sure do like all 5 of those guys, but maybe they get packaged for a near all star Pf.

I like the combination of possible offense production of DMo with the defense production of Asik.
Hopefully a Twin Towers combination like David Robinson (C) & Tim Duncan.
High hopes, but Asik has been a beast on the glass this year, and a good post player like DMo would help ;).

I agree 100%, why would we want Milsap. He as already shown what he can be, he is a good player but we need better for this team. I would rather give Dmo and T jones a chance instead of trading for Milsap.

Good question. Kind of thinking out loud here ... I don't really have anyone inparticular in mind. Who do you think it should be?

Maybe nobody. I just think that right now 2Pat and Mook are the only ones getting enough minutes to develop themselves to the next level.

Maybe the best thing would be to get ahold of a guy who is nowhere near all star level, but is a seasoned vet who can come off the bench. That way we can still develop young talent, yet have some solidarity when we sit our starters.

Agreed. We are stacked with possible potential at the 4.
I would hate to regret we trade for Milsap and either DMo or Tjones becomes a star somewhere else.

Another post I agree with. I like T Jones but what we need is somebody who has a post up game and Dmo is the only player on the team that can do that.

it does seem counterproductive to call him up if they only expect him to play in a pinch

hopefully they plan to give him some burn

So D-Mo was able to avoid his D-League assignment by blackmailing the Rockets using Lithuanian social media.

He sure is making progress for all those Lithuanian's that have had to suffer the dry heat, snakes, and Mexican food without having a voice in their struggles.

I agree. I honestly think he would be more productive than Patterson overall. I wish we could trade 2Pat already and give these youngs a chance. The longer we wait the longer it'll take for them to develop.

Not that Patterson is some old man, or playing at the peak of his potential, but it doesn't look like he has nearly as high of a ceiling as D-Mo or even Jones

I don't see Dmo playing much until he puts on at least another 10 pounds of muscle.
