I believe Royce White has narcissistic personality disorder. With all the attention he's receiving from his tweets and all the accommodations he is expecting it kind of makes sense. I also remember him yelling 'I am the best' to Anthony Davis in the NCAA playoffs (comes at the end of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JI4zkFEP7D0 but it gets cut off)

Royce is so good that he doesn't even need any playing time nor practice. Simply the best.

Yet we keep talking about him saying the same things over and over again, giving him the "attention that he craves". There's a whole lot of narcissism in this thread if you ask me, judging a guy based on he said, she said statements in an effort to prop up our own lives. You would think us "busy" people wouldn't bother with nonsense like this, right?

Last time I checked he wasn't outwardly attacking his fans, he was just trying to get his story straight and bring awareness to his disease. I guess attacking a guy for his values and choices is a pretty constructive use of time for us "hard workers", hypocritical.

Last time I checked, he wasn't showing up to games or practice. His story is anything but strait and people had awareness of his disease last summer. His values are irrelevant, from an NBA point of view, and his choices so far deserve to be attacked (late to preseason, no show for games and practice, no show at Doctor appointments, ect).

He was with the team and practicing since missing the first week of training camp and until the game vs Memephis.

You overrate the impact that one disgruntled bench player has on teammates. They most likely spent little time worrying whether Royce shows up or not and whether he tweets or not about management. Terrence Williams was unhappy on the Rockets bench for a whole year and tweeted his emotions and it didn't prevent the likes of Lowry, Dragic and Parsons from progressing. Hasheem Thabeet didn't give much if a **** about his NBA career and the rest of the team didn't sit around like you emos yapping about him.

I agree that the rest of the team probably isn't very distracted.

It still makes me mad to see this narcissist hold our team hostage and steal money and waste a roster spot.

This isn't about you liking or hating hashtags, it's about your lack of #awareness regarding #PROTOCOL.

The poster might have been a little extreme about Royce's level of distraction, but I wouldnt call him an "emo" or others for stating their stance on that. As though WE'RE the ones that are "out of line" for not being "even-keeled" about it?

DMo knows brown-nosing gets you minutes. These Eastern Euros know how the bureaucracy works.

Predictable you would say something like that. More likely, in contrast to Royce White, DMo has his head screwed on and is realistic about what's best for his career.

Props to Bull for the candid tweet.

I am being extreme, but this Royce White situation is really hitting a nerve with me. You could say that it's causing me anxiety. Maybe I'll skip work tomorrow.
