Last year d-mo outplayed valanciuns in VTB games.moreover, he scored game-winning buzzer-beater. If Valanciunas is nba ready to get 20+ minutes, I cannot see why D-Mo ain't. I think the fact is draft numbers. top10 drafts always get big minutes despite the fact that veterans are playing better basketball at the first season of the rookies. and for players outside top15 it's much more harder to get the opportunity to shine as they do not have so called "star potential".
Rockets recall Donatas Montiejunas from D-League, where he averaged 24.0 points and 9.5 rebounds in 2 starts with RGV Vipers via @HoustonRockets and @JasonCFriedman
Good news - we need to develope our young guys this season so I hope he will get some minutes. I think if one of our young guys has the potential to become a star it's DMo
Is someone injured or do they think Motiejunas might be a better backup for Patterson or Asik then the guys we've given minutes to so far?
Ummm Cole Aldrich & Delfino is out...Morey stated it on Friday on 790 that he was going to call back Motiejunas cause both them guys are out. The reason is they will be thin at 4&5 cause Morris basically has to move to the three until Delfino gets back...IMO
