So what is the brother saying about the accusations? Is he denying that he ever exposed himself to the girls? Did he say they were liars once he realized why you were hitting him? What does your older (married) sister think of the situation?
The OP was incensed enough to want to be the crap out of the guy. But is he incensed enough to do something real about it, like calling the cops?
I haven't spoke to the brother, but my mom told me that when I left my BIL was saying that he was going to shoot me. LOL. What a twisted POS. My sister has been wanting to divorce my BIL for a while now but just hasn't actually done it.
So, why won't you call the police on a convicted sexual predator who has exposed himself to your 14 year old sister? Is there a reason? I am truly curious. It sounds like you wouldn't care what your brother in law thinks of you so what is the hold up?
That's an excellent question, bobrek. Except for a great deal of drama, embarrassment, and a bit of violence at Thanksgiving, what legal conseqences has the sex offender suffered? As best I can tell, and maybe I missed it, the sex offender is still walking around, perhaps exposing himself (or worse) to someone not a member of the OP's family. Shouldn't the police be involved by now? Is everyone afraid of the in-law threatening to wave a gun around and perhaps use it? Maybe someone needs to mention that to the police, as well. Our tax dollars pay for law enforcement to do more than write speeding tickets. This is right up their alley.

That is no excuse for allowing a sex offender to prey on the young and helpless, if this is all true. Frankly, I don't care if anyone is illegal. If this story isn't made up, and so far, I've believed the OP, then something must be done about this sex offender. Assuming the OP's close female relatives didn't make up their stories (and why on earth would they?), the sex offender is a monster running loose. A monster who should be in a cage, hopefully getting help, but in a cage never the less.
You catching a case behind some *sshole NO but it had to feel good getting back at him for what he did to your mom and sis your bil needs to be put in check .
If your sister has been wanting to divorce BIL, than why would either one of you care about his feelings, if he truly is defending the perv than she has 3 or 4 grounds to fill divorce on... i want to believe this story but the longer it goes the more fabricated it gets... Because i think this story is fabricated.. refer to my previous few post on this page.. everytime somebody comes up with a well why didnt you do it this way or something along those lines there is a new factor introduced to why he couldnt have done it like that..
