Have you ever committed a felony?

Attempted vehicular manslaughter. Whatever the **** that means.

 

Had sex with a minor while I was 18.

 

I'm going to guess that if people are being honest, uncaught drug posession and/or DUI will snag a large percentage who could otherwise claim 'no'.

 

Should have probably clarified that smoking pot doesn't count

Possessimg more than 4 ounces = felony.

 

Felony mar1juana possession when i was 17. Actually, it was 7 years ago this week. Got caught the Tuesday night before thanksgiving and got out on black Friday. Got it dropped since it was my 1st offense. Lots of community service and probation.

 

If there were such a thing as felony speeding (certain number over the speed limit), I would have several felonies. Great open stretches of highway in West and South Texas.

I have a feeling most of the 'yes' are not caught... speaking from experience.

That's not a felony unless it was butt sex in Utah and she was married

 

DWI is not a felony so I hope nobody includes that into the Yes category.

POCS is going to be the majority I'm sure.

 

Pretty sure I saw a couple of old classmates on a DPS site for poaching some 14-15 year olds after they were 18.

 

Did some pretty ruthless things in high school.

 

Perhaps not the first time, but multiple DUIs eventually constitute a felony.
