All I can say is that you are in the minority...the vast majority of gamers think this is one of the best. Not everyone is going to like every game, and that is fine...but, most would agree that this is a pretty solid game.
I like Tranzit but overall kinda feel like zombies is lacking one solid just fun map. Black ops had some good zombie maps and of course world at war had great ones. The bus on Tranzit is cool but the other 2 maps seem kinda boring. This is coming from someone who played the hell out of all of the other maps.
Probation on online play is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. My brother was booted from a game not sure if it was connection related or whaever. then he gets a warning saying that he shouldnt quit or whatever. Well that same day we are playing and the game is literally over. They are showing the replay and the final score and he gets booted/connection issues again and then bam hes on probation. The f******* game was over. why penalize someone for getting kicked out of the game, when the outcome of the game has already been decided. Does anyone know where we can complain about that.
You can tweet David Vonderhaar. The probation thing, overall, is a good concept. Im sure there are kinks that need to be ironed out.

This. I skipped the first Black Ops and I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing out there. I've literally played like 8 games; 5 of which to get placed on League Play but don't know if that was a waste of time.
Why would you take metacritics score seriously? Do you not remember what happened when Modern Warfare 3 came out? People like to hate call of duty. I get why somewhat. I would not say that he is in the minority with all of the copies already sold. People are obviously playing it. Most people hate it because they suck at it but act like they hate it for other reasons. I do agree that it is generic but so are all of the other games you mentioned. Thats why there are other games though. That way people can play whatever games they want and enjoy. One person liking it should not matter to anyone else. I like it because it is fast paced and easy to play a couple games and stop if you dont have much time. If you dont like it, dont play it. Simple. People just hate for the sake of hating now days. Ive played all of the games you mentioned. Ive played every Halo and still think it is extremely overrated.....but who cares cause that is just my opinion.
I can list you 20 people, easy, that get paid to play the game on YouTube...you can check out their videos and listen to what they have to say. Nobody is saying the game is perfect...or its better than Halo...or its better than BF3...Im saying its one of the better CODs out there. Im not sure why you are bringing in other games into the discussion...you said that Black Ops and Black Ops 2 are garbage compared to MW3. What does Killzone have to do with anything? Usually, the people that complain about a game, are the ones that arent as good in the game as they think they are...so they have to find something to complain about. Its a way to cope with themselves not meeting their own standards.
Dumb noob question: Kinda new to COD (since late BO). Always played solo. But now BO2 has forced me to play in parties. Problem is I don't know how to set up a game after inviting my friend(s). Do I set up the game from Custom Games? I tried it once but it doesnt bring up any other human players. Or do I invite and then to a Pub Match and that case will your party members automatically be together?
<br> It's the latter. You inv and then join a match. Your party will be there when you all get into a lobby.
So you just go into a pub match? What if you get in early and the game starts before the rest of your party can join? Thats what I don't get
What good are the prestige tokens? Am I right that there's is no permanent unlock for a weapon or perk? I can create a class or reset my stats. Or can I use the unlock tokens to unlock things early? Help?
