Nah, the reason why im a rookie is because I choose to be. I could easily create another account but I'm not a doosh or a troll. And nothing I have said on these forums has been inaccurate, it just doesn't go along with popular opinion and people who live in fairytale land. I live in the real world, I make real posts. I'm not a mindless, blue blooded zombie like most of the other posters here.
Dude u really distinguished yourself. I'm quite impressed that you are sticking up for your asinine opinion. Wow. Good for u. Lin a d-leaguer. Yup that exactly what he is. Now go cry to your mommy.
I say a lot of things that people don't like. I predicted that the Rockets would lose by double digits to Utah the other night and people jumped all over me in that thread too. Yet, I was still right. I'm not here to feel better about myself or to pat other people on the back. I'm here to talk sports as it relates to Houston teams. Rockets, Texans, Astros, Dynamo.....whatever. I'm here to talk about my teams and give my opinions on things, i can't help it if people don't like me for speaking my own opinion. I would rather be a rookie and speak what is on my mind than go with popular opinion and become a full star poster.
Nah your comments belongs in the virtual world, I doubt you say the same things you typed to a reporter
All u Lin haters.. Honestly, don't you guys think he is just a decent jumper and consistent shooting away from being a solid pg? Now he is not Nash but he is contributing in other aspects. If he gives you 14 to 15 points a game (which is certainly doable given that he is missing a lot of open looks, I don't think some of you would be as harsh as you have been toward him. I say lets give him until end of the year before u really start bashing. If he doesn't find his shot, I'm gonna admit that he is a colossal flop and waste of money.
Man, your prognosticating ability is just phenomenal. And u hating lin is clearly unique on a thread dedicated to bashing Lin. Kudos to you. Why don't you put your name on another prediction for tomorrow's game.
Sorry, I used the wrong words again. I mean I believe he will be as good as Dragic at his prime. It has been said the contract given to Dragic and Lin are the exactly same, but Dragic refused it due to the team opinion. Even if Rocket could offered him a player opinion, I would say Dragic for Howard; Lin for Harden. It is a big difference in team direction between signing Howard or Harden. Signing Howard would immediately make the Rockets become a playoff team, and adding one more star player we pretty much were ready to go. Whereas, Harden is still young, he has much more area to work on before the Rockets are really considered as a playoff contender. And, by the time Harden can really carry the team, Dragic has passed his prime, and by signing Dragic, the Rockets would be sicked with his player opinion.
WOW, SO MANY IDIOTS IN ONE PLACE! Amazing. So many people who never touched a basketball in their lives still feel they're in the position to criticize basketball players... 1. Whoever mentions "the airball" is an airhead. EVERYONE has airballs. Also in crunch time. MJ included. End of discussion. 2. Jeremy Lin needs a system that will give him the ball, and let him make plays, and HAVE PATIENCE and BELIEVE IN HIM. Ever since McHale left, JLin is in the hands of Sampson, who gives him NOTHING of those 3 things. Don't expect anything from a PG who is not trusted by the head coach. ANYWHERE. Even Chris Paul would look like a shadow without coach's trust. Do us all a favor and just cut off this joke-of-a-thread. Angry about how the Rockets are looking? Me too. Call D. Morey and tell him to make some ORDER WITH HARDEN's EGO, and GET SOME SMART COACHING (one who trusts Jeremy Lin). All the rest will fall into place.
Make another account and you started off as a rookie as well. The fact that after 300 something posts you are still a rookie speaks volume( or maybe you were downgraded?) You need to realise that your opinion isn't equal to truth, when you make a claim you better have evidence to back it up. Now you've said that Lin's a D leaguer, fine, that's your opinion which you entitled to...but when you say things like 'I've never said anything inaccurate on these forum", you better justify your claim with solid evidence and proof. Now show me the stats that proves your point. Go hard.
See, this is where people like to jump to conclusions. I don't hate Lin as a person, or in life. I respect him, I hope he does well, I hope he's happy, I hope he has a wonderful life. When I say he's a D-League player I say it because that's how he plays basketball. I'm a chef, and if I cook you crap food you're welcome to say whatever you want about me because if i do a crappy job then I need to find new employment. Lin is making millions of dollars to play basketball, he should understand that he will be criticized if he does a bad job, it goes with the territory, mate.
Other than the shooting, there's nothing garbage about his game. Or are you saying shooting is everything?
