It works great. I was amazed at how intuitive the thing is. It has an online setup, so you just connect the remote to your computer with the USB cable that comes with it. I have the remote controlling my TV, DVR, SS Receiver, and Xbox 360. It took all of 10 minutes to setup.
I read that it will, but you have to buy an adapter. I think the PS3 uses Bluetooth and the Harmonies are IR remotes.
We have had DirecTV for three years. Love it. Did so embody mention that the new dish is virtually weatherproof? I have got to find out how to get upgraded to the new dish.
