I watched the first video and parts of the second one. I did not finish. One thing I REALLY don't like is the tone of the first two video. Where they go around and point out things like "you can tell Arabs live here because there's a dish at every house" or we have "ghettos and enclaves of arab" and etc.

As an Asian American, I can and have heard similar toned remarks toward Chinatown in the U.S. Now, because we in the US are the melting part of the world, that we are a lot more accepting of most other cultures and even celebrate them, people learn to get along and accept much better. Add to the fact that I grew up in Houston as well as Asians being the "model minority" stereotype, I'd say I don't feel any ostracization majority of the time. But as a minority immigrant born in another country, I can also be sensitive to why some people from the same background wanting to cling together (there is comfort in familiarity when in a strange new place).

IzakDavid13 arrived here 10 years after you, has about half as many posts, but more rep. That doesn't indicate that your assumption above is correct.

Not that I usually pay too much attention to how much rep anyone has or doesn't have, but your comment above pretending to speak for "most people" triggered it.
